Have you ever dreamt about what it would be like to be Kylian Mbappe? I actually do this quite often.
The life of a star athlete, one with superfluous money, fame, fans, and an unattainable, rich lifestyle, in my mind, is one without a dull moment.
The fanaticism targeted toward superstar athletes, more often than not, however, seems idolatrous, the cheers of intoxicated superfans leaving an empty, hallow, haunting echo in-stadium, once the performance is completed.
The Anatomy of the Athlete and Kylian Mbappe’s Diet?

Medical science and athletics are deeply intertwined. A cute combination of physiology, diet, and physical and psychological stress makes the athlete. 12 of these makes a team.
Now, why did I write protein shakes in the title? Because I love protein shakes and, as a vegan, I rely heavily on a well-made protein shake. This made me think: “I wonder how Kylian Mbappe makes his protein shakes? I wonder how many of them he drinks on a high-demand day? What exactly does Kylian Mbappe eat to look and perform the way he does? What is the trick to elite, athletic performance?“
Instagram Is a (Toxic) Gateway
Oh, Instagram. I deleted that app for a reason. That app can cause chaos and reap havoc in the mind. Exposure to too many inputs, with little filtering, and boom- now, you have quite literally lost your mind.
The mind is a very sensitive and feeble environment. It must be protected, tended to, cultivated.
I have an issue with social media apps like Instagram, Facebook, and even Youtube. There is too much potential for the mind to be influenced in this way or that.
So, now, we are being mindful.
